- The big argument here seems to be Big Government VS Regulation.. When the test results showed positive the Federal Government should have been notified immediately so they could have stepped in and stopped the shipment from going out. Instead they notify the owner whose biggest concern is profit..

- The Government needs to protect the people from the unscrupulas giants. Organized crime has gone from the Mafia to Wall Street.
